What should I bring?

    Campers: Tent, bedding, water bottle, a yoga mat, food/cooler, journal, SPF, wagon (if you have one to help assist in camp set up) swim suit, props, layers, bug repellant, cash for vendors & other personal essentials. PS: There will not be coffee on site, please byo if you need your caffeine fix!

What time should I arrive?

    Campers: 5/19 between 3pm-5pm

    Day Pass: 5/20 between 8am-9am

What is included in my experience?

   Campers: 3 day & 2 night Retreat Camping along the South Fork of the American River.  All workshops & classes & live music. 2 campfire drum circles. 

    Day Pass: 1 Day Retreat Experience, 8:00am -6:00pm. Meditation, Restorative yoga, Moving Deep Yoga, DJ set, Live Music, Qi gong, Kundalini, Soundscape Nidra.

 

What costs extra? 

   -1 on 1 services: oracle readings, facials, massage, acupuncture, breathwork, sound healing, eft, medical qi gong, reflexology

   -Product Vendors: pottery, canna products, jewelry, macrame, tinctures

Do I need to bring cash/money?

Yes, we highly recommend it.  There is very little service on the land so if you choose to indulge in any of the glorious things mentioned in the question above then it will require you to have some good ol' cash on hand.

 

Are there ins and outs?

Prepare and plan to stay on the land for the duration once you arrive.  Please reach out to us asap should a circumstance arise that would require you to leave and come back.

Will there be WIFI?

Reception will be very limited at best.  Unplugging is encouraged! Come prepared with cash for healing services/vendors.

Can I bring alcohol?

No, this is a dry event friends!  To ensure a high vibe container we ask you leave the boozy bevies at home.  Thank you for leaning in.

Will there be a food vendor?

Yes, there will be a food vendor.  We still highly encourage you to bring and nourishment you might desire to have a supported experience.

Can I swim in the river?

Absolutely.  We recommend you take a plunge (or two, or ten) it's good for the bones! Please just be mindful as you navigate the waters.  The current is strong this time of year.

Can I have a bonfire at my campsite?

No. Individual campfires are not permitted.  We will have one community fire on Friday and Saturday night.

Can I bring a camping stove?

Yes. We just ask you practice diligent fire safety and not leave any open flames unattended.

Can I bring my kid(s)?

No, this is a childfree experience.

Can I bring my pet?

No pets allowed, but there will be plenty of wildlife to enjoy!

Will my photo be taken?

We reserve the right to take photos of this event in progress for future promotional purposes.

What's the bathroom situation like?

There are proper toilets and two showers.
